This blue is pretty awesome and I have to say that when I first saw Colors by Llarowe Go, Deanna Go!, I initially thought of it for a mani to celebrate Scottish Independence. Since this is the week for the 4th of July and us Americans celebrating our Independence day, I thought it was only fitting to throw in my support for Scottish Independence. That and my husband is Scottish, too. While he hasn’t been home in a long, long time, he has always dreamed of a free and independent Scotland.
I decided to use Colors by Llarowe Go, Deanna Go! for a mani of the Scottish flag. Isn’t the Flag of Scotland super duper pretty? It’s known as the Saltire and Saint Andrew’s Cross. In case you didn’t know, the patron saint of Scotland is St. Andrew. Did you also know that the official color for the Saltire is Pantone 300?
While Colors by Llarowe Go, Deanna Go! isn’t Pantone 300, it’s close to the kind of blue that reminded me of Scotland. I loved my time there and I do wish we could go back to live, if only it weren’t so dang expensive! It made living in the Bay Area look cheap and affordable.
Anyway, Colors by Llarowe Go, Deanna Go! is one of six colors that Leah Ann created for a woman that works for her, named Deanna. Deanna is in the process of building her car to be able to race in rallies. WOO HOO! Someone told me that her car is a 68 Mustang. I have much love for 60s Mustangs. I used to drive a ’67 myself. These six colors were only available at a rally race that Deanna was in a few weeks ago. I was able to trade, barter and purchase from those who attended. Thank you for making it possible!
Now that my little rambling is over, I now present Colors by Llarowe Go, Deanna Go! in a Flag of Scotland mani. Hope you like it.
Thanks for making it this far! Please share if you like this.
Until next time!
