You been living under a rock or something?! Just kidding.
This is my offering for a Friday Red/Red Nail Polish Friday – and I love it!
I really liked the formula on this – it was opaque despite the fact I didn’t use an Aqua base. This is definitely a huge improvement compared to the China Glaze and NFU holos. That said, I have to say that this formula was a bit thicker and didn’t dry as quickly as I thought it would. It still dried pretty fast compared to other polishes.
The holo isn’t as strong as I thought it would be, but you really see it in sunlight. For some reason, I was completely confident in the fact that this would not chip after three days. I was right. YAY! I took these pictures before the end of that time.
As for the images…I figured what I’ve been doing wrong! So now you can click on the image and it will take you to a new window with a much larger version of the picture. Wait for it to load and then click it again if you want to see it in its full sized glory…again, though why you would want to do that is beyond me! So I was finally able to figure out, just a pity it took me so long.
Enjoy!
In the shade Glitter Gal Red eD Holo looks like some pretty red polish with a golden-silver frost/shimmer running through it.
You can see the holograph sparkle of Glitter Gal Red 3D Holo a bit more in the bottle than on my nail and to be honest, I think it’s because my nails are really short. I have an incredibly small nail bed. Couple it with short nails? That means some polishes don’t get a chance to flourish the way they were meant to. I know. It’s a bit of a disappointment and I’m learning how to get over it.
