It is a gorgeous color that captures the nuances of a ruby. Some have complained that it’s not ruby red…but rubies are so gorgeous and while not blood red garnet, I love the pinkiness you can find.
I did another version of this mani featuring Lynnderella Ruby Passion, but I got a bit lazy in editing and decided that I really preferred the set below much more so than the other set. I may pull out a pic from the other ones where the glitter peeks out from under the black polish. It’s actually quite pretty, but I wanted to really showcase the glitter here. Hence, the other set was not shown.
This glitter polish surprised me because usually Lynn’s glitters tend to be really heavy and thick on application, meaning that one or two coats will do. This one required three coats for good coverage. It ended up being lumpy and I had to use a few top coats to smooth it out. Well, smooth it out as best I could. However, I loved the color so much I kept piling on the coats. LOL
