I’m feeling crafty…and it’s just my type! Haha. Aside from nail polish, I do like yarn. Like I have a horrible obsession with yarn during the winter months.

 

I feel this urge to make hats and blankets, but rarely do they come to fruition. The fact that I made a blanket and a hat for my friends Charles and Kristen’s new baby Erin is a feat that hasn’t been seen since ’08.

In the meantime, this is the blanket I’ve been working on/have started is from http://sarahlondon.wordpress.com/ and it’s her Oblong Wool-Eater blanket. It’s no joke – it eats wool (aka yarn). The end result is freaking awesome, though.

Here are some pictures of the start of it and I’ll make sure to post the end result because it’s freaking fabulous!

Now, my color choices are not what one would expect on this. I actually do have a friend’s kid in mind and am hoping to finish this in time for Christmas.
