Before I show you the swatches, I just wanted to say I’m a little sad. Mr Carinae got home late Tuesday night. Hell, let’s call a spade a spade – he really got home early Wednesday morning. His flight from O’Hare was delayed and by the time he landed in San Francisco, he was almost 2 hours overdue.
Anyway, Wednesday he had to go into work – but he slept in until 10 and I drove him up so he wouldn’t be all cranky panties jet lagged boy. He shoots me a text several hours later…”I have to go to Vancouver on Thursday.” *blinks* Oh. He wasn’t home for a full complete 48 hours. Thursday was utter chaos. I was mega sluggish and was also in my own Miss Cranky Panties world. His flight to Vancouver left at 7-ish. So that meant I had to drive through rush hour traffic to get him to the airport on time. I ended up deciding to wait it out for the return drive back. Southbound 101 in the Bay Area is a clusterfuck at the best of times, but rush hour? All bets go out the window.
I ended up hitting Sephora with my old roommate! It was like we were in Paris all over again. I used my VIB 20% off and got some fun stuffs for mah face. Formula was lovely on this – fast drying and didn’t bubble. It was opaque and very easy to work with…not like some other holographics. This is the newer version of  Diamond Cosmetics Chainmail Charm. Jackie over at Candy Coated Tips did a fabulous comparison of old vs new.
